Experience / Skillset:

• Search Engine Optimization \'hands-on\' experience is mandatory.
• Experience with website and keyword research.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Knowledge of various Content Management Systems is a Plus.
• Knowledge of optimizing multilingual sites/non English sites is a Plus.
• Knowledge of optimizing dynamic websites is a MUST.
• Thorough understanding of how search engines algorithms work (Google, Yahoo!, & MSN)
• Experience with various link building methods.
• Understanding of site analytic tools (e.g. WebTrends, Google Analytics, Omniture) is MUST
• Effective Communication skills, particularly in the area of explaining fairly technical ideas to non-technical roles.
