We are looking for Senior Software Engineer to launch online-based services and patented property analysis tools that facilitate the search, analysis and acquisition of residential real estate. This will be the first ever scalable, premier provider of online products, transaction services, education, content and community to the residential real estate investment marketplace.

We are currently looking for a self-directed individual with a background in software application development to join our team.

We’ll rely on you to:

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor.s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in software application development years of 5+ experience in e-commerce/web development Extensive experience with Ruby/ROR, PHP, JAVA or C++ and OOP Extensive experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Data Modeling and ORM Experience with building data aggregation and/or data warehouse applications Experience with CSV, XML, XSLT, XSD/DTD and ASCII Text files Admin experience for Linux and/or Unix derivatives and Apache Understanding of SQA concepts & implementation, test driven development, web tests and load tests Experience with multiple-tier applications, caching, scalability and reliability UML and Design Patterns are a plus.
