Business Associate
Job Role

The Business Associate is responsible for assisting the Business Manager in managing the online strategic and tactical marketing efforts for Regalix clients Responsibilities encompass conceptualization and creating the right marketing strategy based on understanding of the client’s business goals, ensuring the implementation of the accounts marketing plan and coordination with internal delivery teams to meet goals set.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing & managing online marketing campaigns including emailing, to increase the conversion rate, frequency and value of customer spend.
  • Assist and own and manage the P&L for online accounts, managed by the Strategist.
  • Responsible for achieving account growth targets.
  • Assist in overseeing channel development strategies, architecture and infrastructure requirements to ultimately fulfill E-commerce business strategy.
  • Develop the product strategy for online services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with online partners and resources such as Yahoo!, Google and MSN.
  • Keep current with the latest online trends and technology to keep our accounts competitive in the online arena.
  • Drive research and analysis to ultimately increase sales and improve customer’s experience.
  • Manage affiliate, email and search engine marketing programs and campaigns
  • Online advertising strategy - Optimize online advertising against ROI

Requirements:

  • Marketing professional with 2+ years of progressively responsible roles in marketing, requiring a minimum of 1 year of on-line marketing experience.
  • Candidate must have strong execution focus and enjoy working in a hard-charging, results-oriented environment.
  • Candidate must have understanding of online tools and technology such as Pay-per-Click, Search Engine Optimization, Online media buying, E-mail marketing, Blogging and other new marketing vehicles.
  • Candidate must have a strong ROI focus, and should have understanding of managing and tracking of ROI of various marketing vehicles.
  • Candidate should be able to balance multiple competing priorities and maintain current profitability while establishing foundation for future growth.
  • Candidate must possess strong analytical skills, as well as technical skills to understand the e-commerce.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication and presentation .

Good to haves:

  • Exposure to Marketing/ Advertising/ Marketing communication.
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and Power Point.
  • MBA in Marketing.
